Each player may hold only one active WinWin4D account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts are forfeited and remaining balances subject to review.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the point of offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and e-wallets.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software, fraudulent chargebacks, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
WinWin4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between WinWin4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services made available at winwin4d.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on WinWin4D at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity, a false identity, or using another person's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. WinWin4D reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if you are: (a) under 21 years of age; (b) a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of WinWin4D or any of its affiliated entities; (c) a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; or (d) subject to a self-exclusion order on WinWin4D or any associated platform.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes. WinWin4D reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you. You must notify WinWin4D immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport); (b) proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and (c) in some cases, a selfie photograph holding your identification document. WinWin4D may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
Processing Time: Standard KYC review is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Members holding a VIP tier status are prioritised and can typically expect review within 12 hours.
The Platform and all Services are provided solely for personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of WinWin4D or any third party. Commercial exploitation of any aspect of the Platform without written authorisation from WinWin4D is strictly forbidden.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the Platform. WinWin4D is not liable for any loss or service disruption arising from your failure to maintain adequate technical infrastructure. Certain games or features may not be available on all devices or browsers.
WinWin4D endeavours to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% and to minimise scheduled maintenance downtime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, circumstances beyond our control, or regulatory requirements. WinWin4D will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service unavailability.
WinWin4D accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. WinWin4D does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform (typically instant to 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals; up to two business hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. WinWin4D reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for unusual withdrawal requests.
All Account balances, transactions, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). WinWin4D does not accept foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
WinWin4D reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or pending; (b) applicable wagering requirements have not been met; (c) the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) a chargeback dispute is open on the Account.
All bonuses and promotions offered by WinWin4D are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time of the offer. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only. WinWin4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate or may not qualify at all towards meeting the wagering requirement.
WinWin4D monitors all accounts for signs of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intent, or colluding with other Members. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.
Birthday bonuses are automatically credited to eligible accounts based on the date of birth recorded at registration. Members are responsible for ensuring their date of birth is accurately recorded at the time of registration. WinWin4D reserves the right to request documentation to verify date of birth before crediting any birthday bonus. Loyalty programme benefits are subject to the tier structure and earning criteria published in the VIP programme documentation.
All bets and wagers placed on WinWin4D are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (4D lottery, live casino, sports betting, slots, etc.), which are available within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member after confirmation, except where explicitly provided for in the applicable game rules.
WinWin4D reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event or outcome it covers has already occurred or been determined; (b) a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration has occurred; (c) the bet contravenes these Terms or the applicable game rules; or (d) the Platform determines the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing or suspicious activity. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account at the original staked amount.
Sports betting markets on WinWin4D cover events including EPL football matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC bouts, and other international sporting events. Specific rules apply to in-play betting, Asian handicap markets, and accumulator bets. Members are advised to review the sport-specific rules documentation available on the Platform. WinWin4D's decision on all sporting results and settlement queries is final.

Consequences: Violations of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. WinWin4D cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without WinWin4D's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinWin4D, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
WinWin4D's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
WinWin4D does not warrant that the Platform is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security on your own device and for any losses arising from your failure to do so.
WinWin4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false information during registration or KYC; engaged in any Prohibited Activity; or in circumstances where WinWin4D is required to do so by law, regulation, or licensing obligation.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at . Before processing the closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any pending withdrawal requests must be settled. Following account closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination of your Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. WinWin4D will retain records of your account history for the period required by its licensing obligations and applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14) will continue in force.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under WinWin4D's international gaming licence jurisdiction. WinWin4D does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction, and you access the Platform at your own risk and responsibility.
In the event of a dispute arising from a game outcome, wager settlement, or payment, you should contact our support team at in the first instance. WinWin4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
